Free HL Iconlib
Free HL Iconlib is a free and opensource library for extracting icons and GIF-images from the
hotline.dat file of the Hotline software.
As soon as I got the time to do so, I'll continue working on it - there are still a lot of things on
my wishlist, e.g. exporting to file formats other than BMP, implementing extraction of splash
screens, improved exception handling and some more...
At the moment Red Light uses my Free HL Iconlib. However, the included
version is outdated, so maybe you might want to consider downloading the new one.
